I offer three things:
Alongside my research, I regularly take on freelance projects in areas where my background can be of help. I have a lot of experience doing interdisciplinary work across very different contexts — which means I’m comfortable with ambiguity, tight briefs, and clients who aren’t sure exactly what they need yet.
I offer three main services:
Science communication & education
Inclusive research practices & epistemic justice
My rates are flexible for NGOs, academic groups, and impact-led organisations.

Data analysis & visualization
I work with scientific datasets — environmental, chemical, spectroscopic, microscopy, image, and video data — and turn them into something people can use. I am happy to support your work with publication-ready figures and covers, interactive dashboards, and clean, well-documented analysis pipelines. I can work comfortably in R, Python, Origin, Excel, and Blender.

Science communication & education
Ten years of communicating research across audiences, disciplines, and age groups. I design and run workshops for students, educators, and researchers, develop curricula, and help research groups build public engagement strategies. I’m particularly good at making technically dense topics – like nanotechnology, quantum technologies, soil biogeochemistry – click for people outside the field.

Inclusive research practices & epistemic justice
I consult with research groups and organisations on what it looks like to do research more inclusively — from methodology to communication to who gets to be in the room. This draws on my work building decolonizescience.org, co-organising a session at the UN General Assembly Science Summit, and four years at the science-society interface.
